Your Key Responsibilities

  • People Management: Provide leadership to workplace teams, mentor and enable training & development, ensure succession planning, and foster an environment conducive to good teamwork and cooperation among colleagues.">
  • Client Engagement: Establish and strengthen relationships with client leadership, respond to client requests and concerns, and set up documented regular connects.">
  • Contracts Management: Ensure contracts are carried out in line with terms and conditions, monitor performance, drive glidepath savings, and implement regional/global sourcing strategies.">
  • Site Operations Management: Deliver services as defined in schedules, ensure implementation and compliance, achieve specified targets, and report on key performance measurements.">
  • Health and Safety Management: Ensure area sites meet all EHS requirements and regulations, and ensure staff work in compliance with EHS regulations.">
  • Finance Management: Ensure financial targets and control requirements are met, provide standard reporting, drive glidepath savings, and cooperate with regional counterparts on savings.">

Requirements and Qualifications

We seek a seasoned leader with proven experience in real estate/facilities/workplace management. You must be proficient in handling complex account structures and client sensitivities while maintaining a hands-on approach to operational issues. Effective problem-solving, teamwork, and collaboration are essential skills for this role. As a proud leader, you will promote open, constructive, and collaborative relationships at all levels.

Salary Information

The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000-$150,000, depending on qualifications and location. We offer a competitive compensation package, including bonuses and benefits, to attract and retain top talent.
