About the Role- Manage day-to-day operations, including sales, inventory management, and staff scheduling.
- Develop and train team members to achieve high performance and customer satisfaction.
- Drive sales through effective merchandising, product knowledge, and promotional activities.
- Evaluate compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business and brand loyalty.
- Proven experience (2+ Years) as a Senior Store Manager or similar leadership role in retail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
- Knowledge of footwear and fashion trends is a plus.
