About the Role
  • Manage day-to-day operations, including sales, inventory management, and staff scheduling.
  • Develop and train team members to achieve high performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Drive sales through effective merchandising, product knowledge, and promotional activities.
  • Evaluate compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business and brand loyalty.
Requirements
  • Proven experience (2+ Years) as a Senior Store Manager or similar leadership role in retail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
  • Knowledge of footwear and fashion trends is a plus.
Estimated Salary Range: $80,000 - $90,000 per annumBenefits
