About the Role


The successful candidate will manage day-to-day store operations, including sales, inventory management, and staff scheduling. They will also train, mentor, and develop team members to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.



Key Responsibilities



  • Manage sales, inventory, and staffing to achieve business objectives
  • Train and develop team members to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth
  • Drive sales through effective merchandising, product knowledge, and promotional activities
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations

Requirements



  • 2+ years' experience in a senior store management or multi-site management role in retail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership and team-building abilities
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
  • Familiarity with footwear and fashion trends is an advantage
