We are seeking experienced retail professionals to lead our flagship stores in South Australia as Flagship Store Managers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, providing exceptional customer service, and upholding the Skechers brand image.
About the Role
The successful candidate will manage day-to-day store operations, including sales, inventory management, and staff scheduling. They will also train, mentor, and develop team members to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage sales, inventory, and staffing to achieve business objectives
- Train and develop team members to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth
- Drive sales through effective merchandising, product knowledge, and promotional activities
- Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations
- BUILD STRONG CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIPS TO DRIVE REPEAT BUSINESS AND BRAND LOYALTY
Requirements
- 2+ years' experience in a senior store management or multi-site management role in retail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and team-building abilities
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
- Familiarity with footwear and fashion trends is an advantage
