Unlock Your Potential in a High-Volume Processing Role
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, offboarding clients' accounts from the internal banking system while managing products, services, and funds related to the account.
Main responsibilities include:
- Managing incoming client exits/account offboarding cases through end-to-end processes in workflow tools
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders and customers to manage account exit processes
- Managing shared inboxes, reviewing, and responding to escalations as necessary
- Ensuring compliance with legislation, policies, procedures, and guidelines for risk management
This temporary assignment has a 6-month duration with potential extension. It requires full-time hours, Monday to Friday, between 7 AM and 6 PM (8 hours per day), with flexible scheduling.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Previous banking or financial services experience (preferable)
- Administrative experience
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Fast learning and accountability
