Account Management Specialist

We are seeking an exceptional Account Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our account management team, you will be responsible for the successful management of client communications and ensuring an unparalleled level of service is always delivered.
Key responsibilities include:
- Client Relationship: Manage day-to-day client relationships and outputs, ensuring the client's expectations are always exceeded.
- Project Management: Development and ownership of task and project briefs, timelines, and project plans.
- Creative Briefs: Write creative briefs that are thorough yet concise, translating client needs and objectives clearly to our team.
- Strategy & Brand Guidance: Provide strategic brand guidance support to clients day-to-day, as well as inform and contribute to our strategy and branding projects.
- Process Management: Ensure our agency processes are always adhered to and recommendations for improvements are suggested.
- Coaching: Provide guidance and support to our colleagues.
This role requires:
- University qualified in Business, Marketing, or Communications
- 4+ years of relevant agency experience
- Ability to move fast, managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously, whilst ensuring flawless execution
- Highly developed listening and communication skills
- Strong client presentation skills, with the ability to influence and inspire
- Disciplined, highly organised, and with exceptional time management skills
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to action solutions with speed
- Ability to remain calm and focussed under pressure
- Possession of Social Media knowledge is favourable
