Job Description:

As a pioneering pet wellness company, we are revolutionizing the industry by providing happier, healthier pets. Approximately eighty percent of pets suffer from dental disease, one in every three diagnosed with cancer, and forty-one percent are overweight. Our mission is to provide nutritionally balanced, wholefood meals delivered directly to doors across Australia.

We envision creating multiple nutritional products, including disease prevention meals and supplements, and expanding into new markets. Currently, our team consists of 140 pet-obsessed individuals who share our vision. These carefully selected people are dedicated to building the next generation of technology and products to empower pet parents to take control over their pet's wellbeing.

Our goal is to drive organic growth and create engaging content that shares our vision and embodies our values. As a key member of our team, you'll work closely with our content, community, and customer care teams. You'll have lots of creative freedom to design and establish yourself as the resident social media expert.

Requirements:
  • Own the continuous stream of organic content for social channels to drive business objectives.
  • Develop creative solutions across projects and marketing initiatives.
  • Plan, produce, and maintain all social content on owned channels.
  • Leverage data to continuously iterate and optimize content.
  • Generate high-performing social content that keeps our brand fresh and highly engaged.
