We're taking
expressions of interest
for a
Paid Social Content Strategist
to lead strategy and creative output across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube. This role sits at the crossroads of
creative + performance
— where bold ideas meet sharp data.

You'll:

  • Spot what makes winning ad content (and why)
  • Build bold, fun, culturally-tuned ideas that make people stop scrolling — consistently
  • Write briefs and scripts (bonus if you can film or edit yourself)
  • Work directly with our Media Buyer + Marketing Manager
  • Dive into the ad account, analyse results, double down on winners, and kill the losers

What we're looking for:

  • Proven track record creating ads that drive purchases, sign-ups, or subscriptions
  • Strong command of short-form video, static design, and iterative creative testing
  • Experience collaborating with producers — or being one yourself.
  • Confidence in presenting creative strategies, backing your thinking, and aligning ideas to goals (even if it means challenging assumptions)
  • We're open to full-time, part-time, or contract arrangements — the right fit matters most.
