At Lyka, we're committed to providing fresh, human-grade meals as a subscription service to dogs across Australia. Our mission is to empower pet owners to make informed decisions about their pets' nutritional needs.
We're looking for an exceptional customer-facing professional to join our team and serve as the first point of contact for our customers. As a Customer Care Specialist, you'll be responsible for advising customers on nutritional and diet-related questions, growing long-term relationships with customers, and consistently exceeding their expectations.
The ideal candidate will possess top-notch customer service skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a passion for natural feeding. You'll work closely with our tech, operations, and growth teams to identify areas to improve customer experience, execute customer order requests, and monitor deliveries.
