Sadly, statistics have shown us that approximately eighty percent of pets are suffering from dental disease, with one in every three being diagnosed with cancer, and forty-one percent overweight. As humans we are acutely aware of the positive impact fresh wholefoods can have on our health and wellbeing, however the same hasn't always been said for our furry friends. We're on a mission to change that, starting with nutritionally balanced, wholefood meals delivered direct to doors around Australia. Today, we are proud to share we've served and fed over 10 million meals to puppers and their parents across Australia, and this is just the beginning. Our vision is to create multiple nutritional products, adding disease prevention meals and supplements, and take Lyka into new markets.

**Who you are?**:
We are seeking a talented Content Producer to come on board and own the evolution of our content strategy and the development and standardisation of our content guidelines. This role will autonomously and collaboratively drive research, production and publication for organic marketing content and deliver high value for our audiences at Lyka. You will have the opportunity to use your creative flare to develop original, compelling and insight-driven content and tactical initiatives that guide readers to the next step in their's and their puppers journey with Lyka.

You will work closely with our Social, Community and Content teams to develop an end-to-end strategy, plan and approach to implementing special projects and marketing initiatives running across the marketing team.

**What you will do?**:

- Develop the content strategy and build the playbook and consistent frameworks everyone in the business can utilise and reference.
- Own the research, production, and publication for organic marketing content with content delivering value for our audiences and for Lyka.
- Develop original, compelling and insight-driven content & tactical initiatives that guide readers to the next step in their journey.
- Be a puppers expert Know all things about dog nutrition and natural feeding to ensure we drive strong credibility as experts. Ensure the complex and technical content is easily digestible to all audiences but factual.
- Coach and guide our internal and external copywriters, create detailed briefs, and manage output and deadlines.
- Own our brand tone, ensuring that all content produced is consistently aligned with the Lyka's tone of voice, and consistent with brand messaging.

**Requirements**:

- Understand SEO and UX fundamentals.
- Sound sense of brand tone of voice.
- Experience delivering content on technical topics.
- Ability to project manage and delivering to schedule.
- Strong interpersonal skills, people management.
- You are exceptional in attention to detail.
- Ability to define and analyse success metrics and how they impact our content objectives. Utilise the data to iterate, improve and maximise our results.
- Deep understanding of how to use our analytics platforms as well as how to create actional outcomes on customer feedback, continuously supporting the product teams to iterate and optimise website content.
- Build and deliver reporting and insights by running sessions with community and social leads on how we can action the feedback through activities.
- Present post campaign analysis and upcoming work to colleagues
