Commercial Leadership Role

The Head of Commercial is a strategic leadership position responsible for driving commercial strategy and leading high-impact projects across the organization.

About the Role
  • Drive end-to-end commercial strategy, procurement, and transformation initiatives in a hands-on leadership role.
  • Own commercial project delivery, including business system rollouts and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive procurement strategies to support business growth.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver commercial projects, ensuring timely and within-budget execution.
  • Collaborate with finance to provide business insights and drive commercial excellence.
  • Build and maintain key customer and partner relationships to drive business value.
  • Oversee a team responsible for property, parts, and projects, providing guidance and coaching to ensure success.
  • Act as a strategic conduit between operational, commercial, and executive functions, fostering collaboration and driving business results.

About You

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field and possess strong commercial acumen.
  • Bring senior leadership experience in procurement, commercial operations, or project delivery.
  • Demonstrate ability to operate strategically while managing detail and execution.
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills, confident in engaging across all levels of the organization.
