Job Description

We are seeking an Organisational Development Leader to enhance organisational effectiveness and culture through people experiences, processes and systems.

  • This role will play a crucial part in designing and delivering skills-based career frameworks and tools for the organisation.
  • You will champion initiatives that foster continuous learning, career mobility and inclusive growth opportunities.
  • Your key responsibilities include partnering with stakeholders to align our career architecture with business priorities and collaborating with HR technology and learning teams to support the delivery of the skills-led technology roadmap.
Key Responsibilities
  • Designing and delivering skills-based career frameworks and tools for the organisation
  • Championing initiatives that foster continuous learning, career mobility and inclusive growth opportunities
  • Partnering with stakeholders to align our career architecture with business priorities
  • Collaborating with HR technology and learning teams to support the delivery of the skills-led technology roadmap
  • Utilising AI tools and technologies to streamline processes and improve efficiency
  • Monitoring industry trends and emerging practices to keep our skills-led approach innovative and market-relevant
Requirements
  • Experience in organisational development, capability uplift, strategic workforce planning and/or career enablement
  • Strong problem-solving methodologies, including systems thinking and human-centred design
  • Critical thinking and data analysis and insights skills
  • Experience working in matrixed environments and agile ways of working
  • Proficiency in using skills frameworks, talent marketplaces or career platforms
