We are seeking an Organisational Development Leader to enhance organisational effectiveness and culture through people experiences, processes and systems.
- This role will play a crucial part in designing and delivering skills-based career frameworks and tools for the organisation.
- You will champion initiatives that foster continuous learning, career mobility and inclusive growth opportunities.
- Your key responsibilities include partnering with stakeholders to align our career architecture with business priorities and collaborating with HR technology and learning teams to support the delivery of the skills-led technology roadmap.

- Strong problem-solving methodologies, including systems thinking and human-centred design
- Critical thinking and data analysis and insights skills
- Experience working in matrixed environments and agile ways of working
- Proficiency in using skills frameworks, talent marketplaces or career platforms
