Training and Development Specialist

Purpose of the Position:

The Training and Development Specialist is responsible for coordinating training activities, ensuring consistency of training content and delivery throughout the organization. This role requires effective communication and stakeholder engagement to deliver high-quality training programs that meet industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement customer-centric training solutions that align with business objectives;
  • Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective training delivery;
  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to develop and deliver training programs;
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making recommendations for improvement;
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to trainers to enhance their skills and competencies.

Essential Criteria:

  • Proven experience in training coordination or development, including planning, implementing, and evaluating training programs;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders;
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and program evaluation techniques;
  • Ability to facilitate and implement a variety of training programs, including classroom-based and e-learning solutions;
  • Certification in Training and Assessment (or equivalent).

Desirable Criteria:

  • Previous experience in the airline industry or related field;
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and PowerPoint.
