Job Title: Training and Development Specialist

The role of the Program Officer is to provide expert advice and operational support to assigned training programs, ensuring decisions align with established policies and procedures.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice and administrative support for assigned portfolio of training programs
  • Offer professional secretariat services to relevant committees
  • Contribute towards process improvements in a changing environment

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Certificate IV or Diploma of Business Administration or equivalent experience
  • Professional experience in accreditation and/or management of medical or other education/health programs
  • Background in a member-based organisation
