Job Description

Technical Program Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Program Lead to join our team. As a Technical Program Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring effective collaboration across multiple squads and aligning work to deliver the product roadmap and achieve outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all work is transparent and well managed.
  • Provide an escalation point when and where necessary, facilitating effective delivery and removing impediments for the team.
  • Build, manage, and execute Quarterly Plans.
  • Ensure all required people (technology and business) in product and platform teams are engaged and procured in line with stakeholder expectations and Bupa processes.
  • Regularly report on delivery and flow metrics, utilizing agile and lean delivery metrics and health metrics to provide insight and feedback on team performance.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in program management.
  • Strong adaptive leadership and management skills, coupled with expertise in agile portfolio and program management or strategy/business planning.
  • Ability to directly manage a team of Delivery Managers/Business Analysts and collaborate with appropriate teams to ensure performance management, standards, and people career growth are a priority.
