Job Overview:

This is a key leadership position responsible for overseeing retail standards and performance, lessee relations, and contractual obligations. The role involves strategic oversight of new tenancies from lease execution stage onwards.

The primary responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing retail strategies to ensure alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Mitigating the risk of leasing opportunities impacting operations or stakeholders.
  • Managing concession granting processes and documentation within contracts.
  • Oversight of contractual arrangements to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with tenants in accordance with agreements.
  • Participating in internal committees to drive business growth and initiatives.
  • Executing approved commercial activations to enhance retail precincts.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A qualification in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
  • Substantial experience in property and leasing management, including managing multiple service providers within a KPI environment.
  • Significant experience at a senior level, incorporating reporting obligations to boards and stakeholders.
