About This Role

We are seeking a key member to join our Valuations team, who will provide expert advice on retail properties including shopping centres, supermarkets, and CBD assets.

The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting and analysing sales and leasing evidence, completing cash flow models, and delivering timely and accurate valuation reports.

  • Develop strong relationships with clients through regular interactions at industry functions
  • Built rapport with internal and external stakeholders
  • Determine current market values for properties
  • Extract and analyse comparable sales data
  • Collaborate with other divisions to identify opportunities
Requirements

The ideal candidate will report directly to the National Director and work closely with a reputable organisation.
