Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, communicate and optimize compensation and rewards programs in line with the Global Total Rewards framework.
  • Implement global and local compensation initiatives for relevant employee groups.
  • Support annual salary review processes, budget planning and salary structure updates; conduct compensation analyses such as equal pay reviews.
  • Evaluate compliance with total rewards guidelines and ensure necessary documentation.
  • Recommend updates to compensation-related policies, procedures, and forms.
  • Govern local compensation data to align with global standards and prepare systems for rewards delivery.
  • Analyze employee data and compensation trends to inform actions.
  • Collaborate with HR to consistently apply compensation practices.
  • Advise HR on exceptions to standard compensation guidelines.
  • Provide Total Rewards training for HR, managers, and employees.

Requirements
  • Strong analytical skills with numerical expertise.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Subject matter expert on market policies and practices with ability to analyze market data.
  • Experience working with applicable strategies and plans related to base compensation, benefits, rewards, variable pay, job roles framework etc.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong planning & Organizing skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel with ability to visualize and analyze data.
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Accounting, Finance or related discipline required or equivalent work experience.
  • Previous experience working with compensation programs.
