
Tour Logistics Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing tours across various locations. Your expertise in event planning, logistics, and communication will ensure seamless execution and excellent client satisfaction.
Responsibilities include:
- Researching venues and booking artists' performances
- Developing and implementing promotional strategies to increase ticket sales
- Managing relationships with artists, promoters, and venue staff
- Coordinating tour schedules, travel arrangements, and accommodation
- Monitoring and controlling tour expenses
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations

- Coordinate artist appearances and engage with promoters to discuss logistical details
- Prepare detailed reports on tour progress and outcomes
- Oversee and manage budget and financial transactions related to tours
- Monitor social media platforms for artist engagement and feedback
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry best practices
- Plan and execute VIP experiences for clients and guests
- Assist with event coordination and logistics, including stage management and sound checks
- Manage and maintain accurate records of tour schedules, travel arrangements, and other important information
- Attend meetings and briefings with clients, artists, and other stakeholders as required
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as needed to support tour operations
- Relevant qualification in the music industry, events, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in a full-time administrative position within the music industry
- Advanced expertise in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
- Australian work rights and a valid driver's license
- Anticipate and respond to client needs in a proactive manner
- Build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and industry partners
- Communicate effectively with diverse audiences, including artists, promoters, and venue staff
- Exercise good self-control over thoughts, feelings, and actions
- Display transparency, initiative, and optimism in all aspects of work
