We are seeking a skilled Tour Financial Specialist to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have experience in financial management, forecasting, and reporting.
The successful candidate will work on various tours across Australia, NZ, and Asia, including TEG Live, TEG Dainty, and TEG Sport. This role will involve managing end-to-end tour finances, ensuring compliance with tax regulations and contract terms, and providing strategic support through variance analysis and financial reconciliations.
- Forecasting, tracking, and reporting financial performance for various tours
- Managing tour finances, including invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, cash reconciliations, and final settlement reporting
- Ensuring compliance with tax regulations and contract terms
- Providing strategic support through variance analysis, financial reconciliations, and innovative solutions to complex touring challenges
- Maintaining stakeholder relationships by delivering transparent reporting and proactive communication on financial performance and issues
We seek a Tour Financial Specialist with:
- Previous tour or project accounting experience
- 5+ years in a finance role within a commercial organization
- Intermediate experience with Microsoft Excel
- Proven ability to present to significant stakeholders
- Commercial acumen and ability to use that to prioritize various workload items
- Confidence, attention to detail, and outstanding communication skills
- A proactive self-starter who can cope with pressure, tight deadlines, and ambiguity
