Touring Operations Manager

As a key member of our Touring team, you will be responsible for driving the execution of our touring strategy, collaborating closely with artists, and ensuring all aspects of live touring are operating efficiently, seamlessly, and effectively to consistently deliver an exceptional live touring experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and negotiate with top tier artists for touring strategies and events
  • Facilitate effective communications across touring operations and with other stakeholders
  • Develop strategies for arena and stadium touring for our roster of talent
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the industry
  • Monitor, manage, and report on budgets, finances, operations, and all other relevant matters
  • Monitor and ensure contractual and legal compliance across touring functions
  • Route tours and develop logistics in collaboration with the Managing Partner and other relevant parties
Requirements:
  • Expertise in executing strategy and managing day-to-day operations with complex and ever-changing demands
  • Superb communication skills
  • Established reputation within the industry bringing a wealth of knowledge, experience, and previously developed relationships
  • Ability to deliver top-quality service and build strong, authentic relationships and networks
  • Equipped with tools designed for navigating and reporting on finances, logistics, risk assessments, and compliance
  • Leadership, coaching, and motivating team members and thriving in a collaborative environment
  • Several years of experience in concert promotion with a proven track record of successful touring
