Event Tour Coordinator

Job Description:

We seek a seasoned Tour Coordinator to oversee our national tour in Australia.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in tour management, preferably with large-scale events or festivals.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Itinerary Creation: Develop detailed itineraries for each leg of the tour, outlining schedules and activities.
  • Venue Coordination: Liaise with venues to coordinate logistics and event setup.
  • Production Oversight: Supervise production teams to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Communication Management: Serve as the primary point of contact between performers, staff, volunteers, and festival organizers.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing performer and staff schedules, arranging transportation and accommodations, and ensuring all events run smoothly and on time.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in tour management or a related field.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
