Job Overview

Main Responsibilities:
  • Assist clinics and patients with order-related inquiries, including product availability, price queries, and product or service complaints.
  • Ensure efficient processing of orders to guarantee customers receive goods as requested.
  • Liaise with distribution and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery in full.
  • Clearly communicate with customers regarding their orders or queries.
  • Liaise with Sales and Marketing staff to complete quotes that reflect professionalism and business image.
  • Organize return of products and process credit in a timely manner to keep customer accounts up-to-date.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service every time and connect with diverse range of people.
  • An empathetic and resilient nature, with ability to stay positive even when under pressure.
  • Strong customer service skills, with experience in fast-paced environment working in supply chain, preferably in medical industry.
  • Sound verbal and written communication with high attention to detail.
  • High level accuracy, numeracy, and demonstrated learning agility.
  • Strong computer skills, with experience using large ERP system (ideally).
  • Growth mindset or experience in process improvements highly regarded.
