Customer Service & Sales Support
· Salary: $65k–$70k + super
· Based in Rydalmere corporate office NSW - parking onsite
· Customer service background – order processing & B2 B support
About the Role We are seeking an organised and customer-focused professional to join our Rydalmere team in a Sales Support / Customer Service role.
This is an office-based position where you'll play a key part in supporting customers (B2 B), technicians, and the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
· Process customer orders and prepare accurate quotes
· Maintain and update systems with product and customer information
· Track and follow up on orders through to completion
· Coordinate orders to site for installation
· Provide phone support to customers and technicians
· Assist sales with administrative support and order management
About You We're looking for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working with people, and ensuring smooth processes from start to finish.
Experience in sales support, service coordination, or project coordination will be highly regarded.
You will bring:
· Strong communication skills – written and verbal
· Excellent organisation and attention to detail
· A proactive, approachable, and professional manner
· Confidence with Microsoft Office and data entry
· Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
· An interest in technical or mechanical products or engineering background(advantageous)
· Exposure to manufacturing or industrial environments (advantageous)
