Role Overview:

The Team Leader for our Brisbane Manufacturing unit will be instrumental in delivering outstanding service to our clients while setting a strong example for the team. This role involves building and nurturing robust relationships with clients and candidates, working alongside a dynamic group of recruitment professionals, and sharing valuable insights and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates
  • Keeping abreast of industry trends and job market dynamics
  • Providing expert advice and guidance to clients and candidates
  • Meeting and surpassing individual and team recruitment targets
  • Managing performance for a team of 3-4 recruiters
  • Sourcing candidates through various channels, including advertising and CRM systems
  • Conducting interviews and assessments to align candidates with suitable roles

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of experience in manufacturing recruitment, covering both blue and white-collar roles, including temporary and permanent placements
  • Experience in client management
  • Proven team or branch management experience, including workflow and budget oversight
  • Ability to consistently deliver exceptional customer service and relationship management
  • A team-oriented and customer-focused approach
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A willingness to thrive in a fast-paced, engaging environment
