Job Description:

The workplace operations coordinator plays a pivotal role in managing daily office activities, providing versatile support across multiple functions. This dynamic position coordinates facility services, handles administrative tasks, and supports various office needs through a flexible approach.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate daily facilities operations including maintenance, cleaning, and service delivery
  • Process workplace service requests and ensure timely resolution
  • Provide administrative support including document management and basic office functions
  • Support reception and front-of-house operations including visitor management
  • Assist with meeting coordination, room bookings, and event setup
  • Provide basic IT support such as equipment setup and troubleshooting
  • Coordinate space changes including moves, adds, and changes to workstations
  • Assist with catering arrangements and food service coordination
  • Conduct regular facility inspections and quality checks
  • Assist with employee onboarding regarding workplace services and procedures
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure effective service delivery
  • Manage reception and concierge services to ensure a high-quality visitor experience
About You:
  • Experience working in office support, facilities coordination, or administrative roles
