About the Role

The Workplace Operations Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, fostering a productive and secure work environment for all employees.

  • Coordinate daily activities to ensure efficient operation of the office under the guidance of the Workplace Lead.
  • Respond promptly to service desk requests, meeting established service standards while maintaining exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, delivering high-quality services on time.
  • Organize and execute in-office events from planning to execution, managing logistics, coordinating vendors, overseeing budgeting, and ensuring event setup for a smooth experience.
  • Manage office access cards, issuing new cards for employees and visitors, revoking access during offboarding, and conducting regular audits to ensure compliance with security protocols.
  • Coordinate all office maintenance needs, including repairs and cleaning services, to maintain a safe and efficient workspace.
