
Workplace Operations Coordinator

Key Responsibilities
As a workplace custodian, you will be accountable for managing and maintaining the workplace environment.
This role encompasses various aspects of administration, operation, and management of the workplace, including audio visual support, IT assistance, meeting room coordination, and ensuring the workplace is utilized as designed.
You will be responsible for responding to day-to-day employee enquiries, implementing changes to the workplace and processes as required, inducting new employees, visitor arrival, access control, contractor management, event and food & beverage support.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in office administration, IT support or premium service environments, such as 5-star hotels or airlines.
Essential Skills Include

- Engaging with VIP clients
- Developing relationships with diverse individuals
- Exceptional work ethic and positive attitude
Proficiency in Microsoft applications - Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint & Excel is essential.
