We are seeking a skilled Property Services professional to join our team in Melbourne, Australia.

About the Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a change-making team in the real estate industry. As a Property Services professional, you will play a crucial role in driving best practice in how we service our owners and tenants.

You will be responsible for inspecting properties in the western suburbs of Melbourne, collating reports, and communicating with our property management team. This role is perfect for someone looking to learn the ins and outs of the Melbourne property market or for a property specialist looking to return to market and utilize their knowledge to streamline our property management services.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Inspect properties in the western suburbs of Melbourne
  • Collate clear and coherent reports based on inspection findings
  • Communicate with our property management team
  • Meet volume KPIs of 10-15 inspections per day
  • Travel around Point Cook and surrounding suburbs

Key Requirements:

  • High attention to detail and avid eye for property
  • Professional and caring attitude towards tenants
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Unrestricted driver's license and reliable own vehicle
