We are seeking motivated, detail-oriented inspection consultants to join our PMP family in the following areas: Melbourne & Brisbane
The person we are looking for is a high-level communicator with a focus on customer service, amazing attention to detail, and high-level writing & reporting skills, who can work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. Our inspection agents are to complete extensively detailed reports and require a high level of attention to detail. We need you to have good iPad / computer skills. Grammar, spelling, and time management skills are essential, and you must have a neat, professional appearance and be willing to travel and drive around all day.
Experience is not necessary and is perfect position if you are just starting out in the real estate industry; you can learn from the best as we can train and mentor you through an established and thorough training framework, including putting you through our PM READY course as part of the training package. However, an Agent's Representative/Cert IV in Real Estate Services is required prior to applying for this role.
We also have multiple opportunities to help you gain employment as a Property Manager/BDM when the time is right.

The key responsibilities for this position will include but are not limited to:
- Conducting Routine Inspections
- Conducting Open for Inspections
- Conducting Entry & Exit condition reports
- Completing and finalising reports
- Renter & Rental Provider liaison
