
Administrative Specialist

Hitachi Construction Machinery Australia is seeking a skilled Warranty Coordinator to join our Service team in Dandenong. This role will provide administration support and ensure efficient warranty claim processing.
The key responsibilities of this position include:
- Reviewing warranty claims and processing them within established guidelines
- Collaborating with the Service team to confirm claims and plan deliveries
- Monitoring progress of claims and communicating updates to customers
- Preparing invoicing of work orders
- Ensuring accurate registration of warranty claims, documents, and contracts
- Preparing information for internal and external warranty audits
The ideal candidate will have a self-motivated and goal-oriented attitude with attention to detail. A minimum of 3-5 years' experience as a warranty administrator is highly desirable. The individual should possess knowledge and experience of best practice warranty management, as well as MS Office skills including Word and Excel.
