Job Summary

The Administration Officer plays a vital role in the provision of administrative support to the Specialist Clinics team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and contributing to exceptional patient outcomes.

The ideal candidate will be proficient in MS Word, MS Outlook and MS Excel, with a basic understanding of medical terminology and confidentiality and privacy legislation.

In this dynamic role, you will work closely with the Administration Supervisor to develop strategies that ensure best customer outcomes and meet both internal and external reporting requirements. You will also be responsible for delivering an approachable, responsive and professional service to patients, carers and health professionals.
