We are seeking an experienced Technical Operations Supervisor to lead our laboratory operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee day-to-day laboratory operations and ensure compliance with relevant Australian Standards.
  • Supervise and mentor laboratory technicians and quality control staff.
  • Coordinate sampling, testing, and reporting for aggregates, concrete, and other raw materials.
  • Analyse and report on test results, identifying trends and recommending improvements.
About You:
  • Minimum 3–5 years' experience in a laboratory environment within the concrete or quarrying industry.
  • Strong understanding of aggregate and concrete testing procedures and standards.
  • Prior experience supervising or leading a small technical or laboratory team.
