Scientific Laboratory Leader

A scientific leader is required to oversee laboratory operations and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Supervising a team of laboratory technicians in their day-to-day activities to maintain efficient testing workflows.
- Contributing to the implementation and maintenance of laboratory policies and procedures.
- Coordinating maintenance activities such as cleaning, building works, deliveries and stock management.
- Overseeing training & competency assessments of laboratory technicians.
You will be a Scientist or Technician with strong leadership experience ideally in the health service or scientific laboratory field. You will have working knowledge of medical testing laboratory accreditation requirements and have a high level of communication & interpersonal skills to collaborate with all levels of internal & external stakeholders.
