Lab Operations Executive

Overview:

We're seeking a senior-level Lab Operations Executive to lead our laboratory's efficient delivery of critical testing and matching services. You'll be responsible for leading operations, shaping strategy, and empowering our people to deliver excellence in service.

Working closely with scientific, clinical, and laboratory teams, you'll oversee the day-to-day activities of the laboratory, including operational planning, performance management, and quality systems.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in laboratory management, with experience in leading large technical teams and managing multidisciplinary services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the operations of our laboratory, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement operational plans to drive performance and innovation.

Requirements:
