Job Title: Property Management Administrator

Key Responsibilities:
  • Be the welcoming face and voice at the front desk.
  • Draft and manage rental agreements ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • C Coordinate tradespeople to resolve property issues efficiently.
  • Organize and attend property viewings to meet clients' needs.
Required Skills and Qualities:
  • Strong IT skills preferably with experience in property management software.
  • Clear confident communication skills written and spoken.
  • Quick thinking and great customer service instincts are essential.
  • Ability to work independently while being a team player.
  • Fully qualified driver preferable but not required.
