This role involves leading partnerships for growth and expansion in LATAM and Spanish speaking regions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Main Contact: Manage relationships with Spanish speaking Streaming Partners, overseeing activities such as content promotion, new user acquisition opportunities, partner payments, and performance reporting.
  • Partner Onboarding: Coordinate the onboarding of new channel partners for our LATAM market and Spanish speaking audience, including setup, content ingestion, publishing process, and training partners to use the dashboard and related CMS features.
  • Sponsorships: Identify and present sponsorship opportunities to partners by working closely with Ad Sales teams.
  • Account Management: Log and track partner account status within our backend system, regularly report metrics against established goals for each partnership.
  • Growth Strategies: Develop and implement strategic growth plans for newly onboarded partners.
  • Product Development: Collaborate with Product teams to identify new products that add value and audience to the partners' content on our platform.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3-5 years experience in strategic account management or similar client-facing roles.
  • Project management and prior account management experience.
  • Strong knowledge and passion for the streaming industry and its operations.
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English, verbal and written communication skills are essential.
