- Deliver personalized support in a group home setting, assisting clients at mealtimes, personal care, administering medication, and manual handling using equipment and aids.
- Support clients to engage and participate in their community, make their own choices, and build skills for independence.
- Maintain the well-being of clients and report on their progress.
- Assist with transport and be part of a dynamic team.
This is a part-time opportunity with flexible working hours and shifts across a 24/7 roster. You will have the opportunity to complete a nationally recognized qualification and receive a range of benefits, including an attractive hourly rate, superannuation, and penalty rates.
- A current NSW Driver's License (P2 minimum) is required.
- Experience as a support worker in disability or a related field is essential.
