Job Title: Employment Services Manager

Build a Service from the Ground Up with Us

We are seeking experienced and high-performing Employment Services Managers to lead teams across our sites and regions. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of employment services, drive innovation and quality, and deliver lasting outcomes for people living with mental health conditions and their families.

This role will be based at our new office in Wyong and will commence soon. As an Employment Services Manager, you will:

  1. Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of Employment Consultants, modelling best practice through evidence-based approaches.
  2. Deliver high-quality, person-centred services that reflect our values and respond to the strengths and aspirations of each participant.
  3. Oversee day-to-day operations, compliance, and performance to ensure smooth, effective service delivery.
  4. Build strong partnerships with employers to create inclusive opportunities and support sustainable employment outcomes.
  5. Develop referral pathways through strong connections with NDIS and community mental health providers.
  6. Monitor and report on outcomes, using data and feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  7. Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to support participants' holistic needs in employment, wellbeing, and workplace readiness.
  8. Invest in your team's development through coaching, training, and career growth opportunities.

Please note that this job requires:

  • A relevant Certificate III or higher qualification.
  • Two or more years of experience in employment services, with leadership or lived experience highly regarded.
  • Strong local employer relationships and business development skills.
  • A current driver's licence and your own vehicle.
  • The ability to obtain all required clearances (NDIS, Working with Children, Police Check).
