Children's Social Worker

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Children's Social Worker to join our team. As a key member of our social care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support and care to children and young people who require assistance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective care plans that meet the individual needs of each child or young person.
  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify strengths, challenges, and areas of need.
  • Work collaboratively with families, carers, and other professionals to provide holistic support and guidance.
  • Provide emotional support, advice, and guidance to children and young people.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions, progress, and outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Social Work or equivalent qualification.
  • Registered with Social Work England.
  • Enhanced DBS certificate.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
