- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Provide regular reports and updates to management on sales progress and achievements.
- Maintain a dotted reporting line to the Country Sales Manager for effective coordination and communication between customer segments.
Requirements:
- Substantial experience in Commercial HVAC field or an affiliated mechanical services industry.
- Previously managed technical teams and projects in HVAC or similar field
- Ability to lead and drive success through effective team sales management.
- Chair team meetings and facilitate review deliverables.
- Strong customer relationship skills.
- Understand urgency with customers.
- Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
