Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to enhance and support PCYC Townsville Youth Club operations by delivering exceptional customer service to all patrons.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to Club enquiries and provide advice and information to members
- Participate in up-selling and cross-selling of PCYC products and services
- Prepare point of sale devices and perform office administration tasks
Requirements:
- Minimum 12 months experience working in a customer service or sales role
- Intermediate skills in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Current First Aid and CPR certificates (or ability to obtain)
- Qualification in Fitness, Sport and Recreation or similar (nice to have but not required)
