Job Overview

This leadership role will be responsible for driving the accelerated growth of our training business in Australia and New Zealand, working closely with regional executives and business managers.

The key responsibilities include:

Leadership and Strategic Partnerships
  • Collaborate with the group training function, regional executive, and business stream/sector managers to achieve strategic goals.
  • Provide guidance and support to regional executive and stream/sector leaders on commercial strategies for growth.
Commercial Performance and Growth
  • Lead and manage the public training sales team to drive annual growth and increase market share.
  • Develop and execute effective marketing channels/web sales to maximize market penetration.
  • Contribute to and manage the development of new training solutions and innovative delivery models.
Operational Efficiency and Effectiveness
  • Prioritize operational efficiency by overseeing resource allocation, process optimization, and team management.
  • Create highly efficient teams for training operations, tutors, and external tutors to ensure quality and resource utilization.

This position requires strong leadership, partnership, and commercial skills to drive sustainable growth and profitability in the training business.
