Project Manager Job

About the Role:

  • We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage residential development projects from feasibility to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage financial feasibility models, budgets, and cash flow forecasts for projects.
  • Deliver staged civil infrastructure packages, including design input, consultant engagement, and contractor management.
  • Develop and implement project strategies, including project management plans and briefs.
  • Monitor project performance and prepare regular reports and reviews.
  • Manage project documentation, including approvals, designs, programs, drawings, specifications, and contracts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in construction, property development, or a related field.
  • Experience managing residential sub-division or built-form projects.
  • Proven track record of delivering multidisciplinary projects with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong knowledge of legislation, planning controls, and development agreements.
  • Commercial negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
