Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead high-end residential projects from conception to completion.

In this role, you'll be responsible for estimating, contract administration, and project delivery. You'll work closely with the Director to drive project and business success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyse architectural plans and specifications to develop accurate cost estimates
  • Prepare detailed quantity take-offs, material pricing, and labour estimates
  • Prepare, review, and administer contracts, including subcontractor agreements and variations
  • Manage project budgets, track and control costs, and identify value engineering opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, consultants, and subcontractors
  • Create and manage construction programs, identifying and resolving potential delays early
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a Project Manager, ideally with exposure to estimating and/or contract administration
  • Proven experience managing high-end residential projects from pre-construction to handover
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
