Pursue a challenging opportunity to pioneer business development activity and initiatives, driving growth in the Defence sector.
- Develop and execute business development activities associated with estate works and other Defence infrastructure programs.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, negotiation abilities, and experience in Defence or related fields. A degree or diploma in an engineering or marketing/management discipline is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead business development activities to achieve growth in the Defence sector.
- Liaise with bid teams to ensure timely submission of opportunities with high probability of success.
- Prepare business professionals for contract negotiations and ensure smooth handover for execution.
- Build a well-defined pipeline of opportunities aligned with the Defence strategy.
- Manage opportunities from identification to tender preparation and contract negotiation.
- Conduct competitor and market analysis to inform Defence Strategy and business development objectives.
- Business development or operational experience in Defence or related fields.
- Degree or diploma in engineering or marketing/management discipline.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent people management and interpersonal skills.
- Strong systems, operational, financial, resource planning, and reporting skills.
