Job Overview:

A dynamic Recruitment Consultant/Account Manager is required to build strong client relationships, support healthcare staffing needs, and contribute to a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a robust client network through relationship management
  • Support the recruitment team with sourcing, screening, onboarding, and mobilising healthcare professionals
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date with industry trends and insights
  • Engage in face-to-face client visits to foster strong relationships
  • Ensure health and safety compliance activities are met
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
  • Passionate about growing their client base
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on delivering outstanding results
  • Results-driven with a proactive attitude and ability to work independently
  • Self-motivated and an effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Team player willing to go above and beyond to achieve team goals
  • Healthcare or nursing experience is preferred, but a proven recruitment track record is also valuable
