Job Summary

This exciting opportunity has emerged for an experienced Corporate Communications Manager to join a dynamic Communications team in their Sydney CBD office. As a key player in shaping the narrative of one of Australia's most innovative financial technology organisations during a period of transformative growth, you will have the chance to drive strategic PR initiatives and thought leadership programs.

About the Role
  • $150,000 - $170,000 + Super (dependent on experience)

This role offers a salary range of $150,000 to $170,000 + superannuation, dependent on your level of experience. You will also enjoy flexible hybrid working arrangements and extra leave days.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive strategic PR initiatives and thought leadership programs, including podcast production and content development
  • Support executive leadership with proactive and reactive communications strategies
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key media stakeholders across multiple channels
  • Lead issues management and crisis communications responses
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to deliver integrated communications that showcase organisational purpose and priorities
Required Experience & Skills
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in media relations, working with Tier 1 and Tier 2 media
  • Proven track record in external communications and project management
  • Strong understanding of print, digital, and social media landscape
  • Excellence in writing, editing, and storytelling
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships
  • Experience in financial services or technology sector (highly regarded)
  • Strong crisis communications experience
  • Full Australian working rights
