Student Services Team Leader

The Student Services Centre is the hub of student life, and we are seeking a dynamic leader to oversee its daily operations. As a Student Services Team Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient service delivery and maintaining a supportive environment for students, staff, and visitors.

This role requires exceptional communication and relational skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with children, parents, colleagues, and the community. You will also need to maintain a valid Working with Children Check in NSW (WWCC).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the Student Services Centre.
  • Maintain a supportive environment for students, staff, and visitors.
  • Ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance student engagement and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to promote a positive and inclusive college culture.
  • Manage resources effectively to achieve strategic goals.
