Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Head of Secondary in leading the operational management of Years 7-12.
  • Develop and implement student wellbeing initiatives aligned with the college's mission.
  • Lead the Wellbeing Team to deliver high-quality wellbeing and pastoral care services.
  • Ensure alignment of student discipline and wellbeing practices with college policies.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong personal relationship with Jesus Christ, actively participate in their local church community, and be willing to support the college's vision.

They should also have experience in providing leadership and operational support for a secondary school, developing and implementing student wellbeing programs, managing student behaviour, and upholding key values.
