We are seeking a Student Services Team Leader to lead the SSC team on a permanent full-time basis.

Broughton Anglican College is a Pre Kinder to Year 12 Christian School in the Macarthur region and provides exceptional educational opportunities to more than 1,400 students. Staff enjoy an innovative teaching environment with supportive peers, students, parents and carers.

We are seeking a Full-Time Student Services Centre Team Leader to join our team on a permanent full-time basis.

The Student Services Team Leader is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Student Services Centre ensuring efficient service delivery and a supportive environment for students, staff and visitors. The Student Services Team Leader plays a key role in maintaining the smooth function of the Centre and upholding the College Christian beliefs, values and practice.

Core Requirements

Applicants for the position of Student Services Team Leader must demonstrate at a minimum that they:

  • Are a committed Christian, who is active in the life of a Reformed Evangelical Church
  • Support the College's vision of holistic Christian education
  • have exceptional communication and relational skills with children, parents, colleagues, the College and the community.
  • Holds a valid Working with Children Check in NSW (WWCC)
